Chairman's Reserve is a product of St. Lucia Distillery in the West Indies. It is a handcra ed blend of their finest double pot and continuous still rums infused with Caribbean spices of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and vanilla.

I really enjoyed a double shot. I can really taste the cinnamon and vanilla with a a er taste of nutmeg and cloves that makes it very smooth. Chairman's Reserve has a great warm feeling going down the hatch time to finish the double.

30 ml fresh lime juice

15 ml honey A dash of rhubarb bi ers Glassware: coupe e Garnish: pear fan and cinnamon stick

15 ml sweet vermouth Glassware: old fashioned glass Garnish: orange peel

1 1/4 ounce Chairman's Rum

2 ounces pineapple juice

2 ounces orange juice

1 teaspoon grenadine

2 drops Angostura bi ers Cherry and Orange slice to garnish
