ONE HUNDRED POUNDS REWARD.
WHEREAS it has been represented to the Government, that trooper Denholm, of the Mounted Police Force, was, on the 4th inst., shot at and wounded, in the neighbourhood of Kyneton, by a man whose name is unknown : Notice is hereby given that a reward of One Hundred Pounds will be paid to any person or persons who shall give such information as will lead to the apprehension, of the guilty party.

Middle size, age 21 years, sandy or light coloured hair, no whiskers; had on a dark brown Californian Jim Crow hat, light coloured trowsers, no coat, was armed with two small pistols.
